Adult Learn the Foundations – Term 1

Join our supportive and confidence-building Adult Learn the Foundations program.
This 5-week block course is designed for adult riders who are new to riding or returning after time away and are ready to progress independently.

Riders will not be on lead rein and must be comfortable walking independently. 

Each 1-hour lesson builds progressively from week to week, developing balance, control, confidence, and a solid foundation of riding skills on our quiet, experienced school horses.

• Nervous riders who are ready to progress independently

• Those comfortable walking unassisted on uneven ground

Important Booking Requirement

All riders must complete an Assessment Lesson prior to joining Learn the Foundations.
This ensures correct horse matching, rider safety, and that the program is the right fit for your current ability and confidence level.

Choosing the Right Pony or Horse:

Please select your ticket based on the rider’s age and/or weight:

• Medium Pony: 50kgs – 60kgs

• Large Pony: up to 80kg

• Horse: up to 100kg
